Basics for property owners to integrate with the Inooki team.
* Update your current calendar with an agent for up to three months.
* Update your rates with the agent for up to three months.
* Nightly rates, Weekly rates, and monthly rates must be arranged in advance with the agent.
* Clarify the policy of Reservation cancelations with an agent.
* We need to finalize which channels will be affiliated with us, as well as the commission structure of each channel.
* You must give advance notice to the agent if you have a walking guest or the property is closed.
* Need to provide High-resolution photos of the property.
* Need to clarify your property amenities and facilities with an Agent.
* Need to clarify your property staff and meal plans with an agent.
