The Privet Villa was designed in a peaceful environment with 100 Parches Land in Ginthota, Galle. Its 1km away from the Galle-Colombo Main road. Each room is set with a Privet bathroom and King Size beds and comfortable Linens. Caretaker and In-house chef Included.
All self-catered units feature parquet floors and are fitted with a satellite flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box, an equipped kitchen with a fridge, and a private bathroom with a shower. Some units have a seating area and/or a balcony.
Guests at Iain Lake Winds Villa can enjoy fishing nearby, or make the most of the garden.
Dutch Church Galle is 5 km from the bed and breakfast, while Galle Fort is 5 km from the property.
Terms & Conditions
Please be kind enough not to leave cash or any kind of valuables when you are going out of the Villa. It is required to take care of your personal belongings as Iain Lake Winds Villa will not take any responsibility for the loss or damage of your personal properties.
Pets are not allowed to bring to the premises.
You can bring your stuff and our staff will arrange the meals for you.
Please be kind to have your dinner at least by 22.00hrs on allowing our staff to get some rest.
Please be kind enough to minimize playing loud music and it may be required to be turned off by
23.00hrs as you are residing in a village.
If you are accompanying your kids please make sure they are safe while swimming in the
swimming pool.
The swimming Pool can be used until 8.00p.m (20.00hrs).
In case of any damage caused by the Guests to the property of the Villa, the Guests are due to
cover the cost of the damage.
