We booked the deluxe pool view villa. On the photo's of the room, it showed the bed, the TV, the front door, the bathroom sink and a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean in front of it. Since it was not mentioned on the website, I called the phone number listed on the website and asked if there was a restaurant there. I was told there was a restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. So we checked in. The room had NO window, just the doorway. there was no restaurant and for dinner that night we had to cook our own food on a hot plate that considered of hot dogs wrapped in very fatty bacon, some thin slices of pork, kimchi, mushrooms and cabbage. There was no other choice. I don't eat pork. There was no restaurant only the hot plate at your table, you cook yourself, no other choice. Breakfast considered of the left over sausage from the night before and a thin rice soup with chopped up pork from the night before. We grossly overpaid for the accommodations and since there was no restaurant we had to go elsewhere to eat. The website is very deceiving and the person that answered the phone lied about the restaurant. Granted the private pool villa's with are shown on the good reviews look lovely but we were only there for two nights and didn't want to pay the big money for them. There was just one very nice staff that did everything from checkin, cleaned the rooms and set up the hot plate for us. Breakfast was served cold and the milk for coffee was sour. If you want to stay in such beautiful surroundings, I suggest you shell out for the pool villas and expect no food service requiring you to go out to eat all your meals. We left a day earlier even though we paid over 5000B for each night. A total rip off.
I'm very impressed here. Lovely staff The service is very good. The atmosphere is good, quiet. The night lights are very beautiful. It's worth coming to relax. And we will definitely come back again. ❤️
Disadvantages: Stayed in a pool access room, room 7. At the door next to the pool, there will be another room walking in front of the room. All the time there is no privacy.

This trip I came with my family and 2 dogs, staying in a large house with 4 bedrooms, very comfortable. Good atmosphere next to the beach Peaceful, suitable for relaxing The private swimming pool is very large. The service staff is good and attentive. In the evening there are lights projected onto the beach. Take beautiful photos. If there is a chance, I will definitely come back to stay again.

The place is quiet and peaceful, the accommodations are beautiful, the staff are friendly and provide good service. The entrance is a little scary. The water used in the hotel is a little brackish. Suitable for coming to relax.
One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at for a long time. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well designed. The location is secluded and private. The beach is clean (unlike so many places in Thailand now unfortunately). And the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended 👍🏻
High privacy pool villa with private beach, the room was very clean and organized. Very good service from staff. Suitable for family, friends and business outing trip. There are plenty activities such as lighting show on beach, kayaking, paddle board, game room and karaoke. Ps. Korean bbq dinner was amazing.
Only 9 km from Jomtien Beach. Decorated in a modern, minimalist style. Surrounded by gardens around the house and immersed in a private atmosphere. We have large recreational building with many activities. Such as board games, pool tables, karaoke and a saltwater swimming pool with a Jacuzzi in the pool. Our Villa has a total of 14 bedrooms. We have a personal butler available every day. If you want to relax, have fun and happy holiday. We are confident that our villas will fulfill that for you.
The space
Our villas are built in 4 buildings on an area of 6,400 square meters.
Building A is a large villa with 4 bedrooms and a living room inside.
Building B 2 single bedrooms next to each other.
Building C have 2 buildings with 4 single bedrooms next to each other.
Large Recreational Building separated zones into a Dining room and a Board game room.
Guest access
All areas outside the villa. Private swimming pool and outside kitchen except for the recreational building, there will be an additional charge of 6,000 baht. But if you reserve 10 bedrooms onwards, there will be no extra charge.
Other things to note
If you are staying with more than 16 person please let us know. Our villa has 14 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 34 guests.
