I organized a trip here with my friends, but the staff and managers were very unprofessional. When I mentioned that their coffee cups had stains and were unclean, they became aggressive and threatened me. They canceled my appointment and only refunded my money after several weeks of persistent follow-up. This establishment is poorly managed and not suitable for innocent families, as you can't predict their behavior. I do not recommend this place.

The variety of food was good & the taste was excellent.The service provided at the restaurant by Manager & all other staff was above all.Overall, my day cation was outstanding, thanks to the wonderful service provided by your Hotel.
