This was an amazing villa and I can't believe how wonderful it was. It was far better than the pictures. From the moment we arrived Mr Tee and his staff made us so welcome and could not do enough to help us. The first morning we delicious breakfast and lounged around the beautiful pool all day. The rooms were big and clean with toiletries and hairdryer and luxurious towels and gowns. There were also towels by the pool. We had supper in the villa most nights which were Thai banquets and delicious. The catered for my gluten intolerance too. The meals were such good value. Mr Tee, Chai and Cob were a fantastic team and did our shopping for drinks etc. Mr Tee helped me find a venue for my 60th Birthday, which was perfect. He even sourced gluten free cupcakes for me. He was fantastic at organising taxis to pick us up whenever we wanted.It was a dream come true to spend a holiday to celebrate my 60th birthday with 12 family and friends.Thanks so much Mr Tee.

Luxury accommodation and amazing staff. Fabulous views, everything you need and the staff went above and beyond to make our holiday special. Although the location is away from the main road, it is so easy to arrange transportation it was not an issue and the peaceful atmosphere at the villa made it all worth while.

Amazing adventures made from an amazing villa.The whole holiday was made easier, relaxed, organised and wonderful with the help of Tee and his team, Chan and Chai.The first drive up into the mountains was a bit sketchy but we got used to that! To an absolutely amazing villa. Amazing views were absolutely lovely to see every day and night. The villa was very clean and tidy with everything you needed to have a wonderful holiday. I had looked into and researched lots in kok samui and we was all so overwhelming pleased that all the pictures of Suralai looked exactly like we had invisioned, if not more. The team where so happy to help in anyway they could from helping us with the fact we turned up with no luggage as this had all been left in Singapore, to helping us get it delivered, arranging taxis to and from different locations we wanted to visit, helping to arrange excursions Elephant Haven literally 3 mins away at the bottom of the hill, safari escursion to all places of interest, boat trips to pig island and Anthong national park, even giving my 5 month old grand daughter a cuddle so mum and dad could eat their food in peace. The bedrooms where so clean, bed was amazing and made everyday, the bathroom had all the toiletries you needed. Swimming pool was clean and laid with cushions and towels every morning. I loved the Sala our little swim up bar area where we could connect up to the sound bar with music, fridge and chill out area.Nothing was too much trouble for Tee and his team and we truly thank them for making our holiday into a once in a lifetime amazing magical adventure ✨️

Total privacy in a luxurious mountain villa.Nothing cooler than when you pass a place and wish that you were staying there, only to find out that you are! That’s what happened as we were driven to Suralai from the airport. Our driver passed it and I said to my wife how gorgeous the property was, but the driver was just turning around so he could drop us off closer. Talk about great first impressions.Suralai is one of the best kept secrets, known by the select few. I only found out about it by seeing pictures of it on my friend’s social media postings when they stayed there. It’s a privately owned residence with six bedrooms, but being on our honeymoon we took the place for just the two of us.The views are nothing more than spectacular. The beautifully designed Thai villa is situated on a high point of the mountain overlooking Koh Samui. Only about 10 minutes drive from the famous Fisherman’s Village, and seeing Koh Samui isn’t big anyway, it’s convenient to get around from by car.The staff are fantastic. We were looked after by Khun Tee, who not only spoke great English but is also fluent in Mandarin. Their in-house chef cooked up some amazing meals for us too, and it’s staffed 24 hours a day.They have a small gym, which supplies the basics needed to keep fit. But I never used it as their gorgeously situated infinity pool was large enough for me to do laps in. My wife was most taken by their bathtub. It fits two and takes advantage of the views in front of the property.We had a great 4 nights stay there and are already planning to go back next year, but with more of the family so we can actually use all of the rooms next time.

A beautiful 7-bedroom villa on a hill overlooking green forests and the ocean. The infinity pool is great for dipping and laps. The butler team are attentive, friendly and helpful. The in-house chef does magic too. We will be back for sure!

The space
Suralai was designed as an exclusive private resort, ideal for families or groups of friends to escape together in stylish yet relaxed surroundings. It was also designed to be the most stylish and luxurious private residence on the island. The furniture, fittings and artworks were all painstakingly sourced or custom made for the residence and are of the highest quality.

Villa Layout

Suralai is a multi-level villa with a gated entrance at the top. The main living and dining areas are on the middle level, with three identical double bedrooms. Below is an adjoining pavilion with two master bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Stairs descend to the lawned-garden and 25-meter infinity pool. A Thai-style sala with a dining table, swim-up bar, and a gym are also on the lower level.

12 adults (6 ensuite bedrooms: 5 with king beds and 1 with twin beds; extra beds available at an extra cost).

Villa Manager; chef; housekeeper and handyman. Additional staff such as a nanny/babysitter, masseuse or yoga instructor can be hired on request at an extra charge.

Dining
Suralai’s resident chef is skilled in preparing outstanding Thai and western meals. A comprehensive menu offers myriad choices for in-house dining which can be enjoyed in numerous locations around the villa.

Guest requests are accommodated as far as possible (including special diets and children’s menus). Groceries are charged at market price plus 20% service charge and 7% government tax.

Communication
Complimentary WiFi in all areas of the villa.

Entertainment
Living and dining area has a 75-inch Smart TV with a Chromecast box for IPTV; iPod and dock with wireless remote control; Bose surround-sound HiFi system with six zones including three outdoor speakers in the garden and sala.

For Families
Suralai is well-prepared to welcome families with children of all ages. Amenities include pool toys, high chairs and baby cots. Other equipment or nanny services can be arranged for on request at an extra charge.

Gym
The villa’s private gym is equipped with a range of Life Fitness machines, weights and yoga mats. Windows open up for you to enjoy the view and a door opens onto a private lawned garden. The Villa Manager can arrange for private aqua-aerobics, yoga and other fitness classes upon request.

Spa
Spa treatments selected from a comprehensive menu can be carried out by professional beauty therapists (extra cost applies) in the villa’s sala or in guest bedrooms, upon arrangement with the Villa Manager.

Transport
Car or minibus hires and taxi pick-ups can easily be arranged by the Villa Manager. Extra fees may apply.

Weddings & Events
Events for up to 80 guests can be arranged at Suralai with prior notice (event fee applies)
