The property has 4 rooms and three bathrooms a large living area and 2 dining rooms, a pantry and kitchen. Going with being close to nature our property does not have air conditioning but has plenty of fans and of course a large pool to cool off. As it is close to the sea there is a nice breeze in the garden most times. Given the nature theme you would find the tropical birds including peacocks if you are lucky and the rare kingfisher and woodpecker. It goes without saying that you are likely to encounter the tropical insects such as ants bugs and mosquitoes. Lots of fruit trees and a soothing fish tank for your relaxation.
