We are seeking motivated Hosting Coordinators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to property owners, introducing them to Inooki.com, and helping them list their properties on our platform.

Position: Hosting Coordinator
Work Location: Onsite
Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Role:

• Proactively contact property owners via phone calls to introduce Inooki.com and explain its benefits.
• Guide property owners through the process of listing their properties on our website.
• Ensure all property details are accurately uploaded and presented in an attractive manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners to foster long-term collaborations.
• Work closely with the team to identify new opportunities for expanding the property portfolio.
• Provide ongoing support to property owners to ensure they have a seamless experience with Inooki.com.

Minimum Skills and Requirements:

1. Communication:
   • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
   • Confidence in making phone calls and introducing the platform professionally.
2. Customer Relations:
   • Ability to build rapport with property owners and address their queries effectively.
   • Patience and a customer-focused attitude.
3. Organizational Skills:
   • Strong attention to detail to ensure property listings are accurate and complete.
   • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet targets within deadlines.
4. Technical Skills:
   • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and online platforms.
   • Experience with CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory.
5. Education and Experience:
   • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
   • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
