This comfortable home features a 16 meter pool and a poolside “Ambalama.” Garden activities include badminton, table tennis, football and a trampoline. The air-conditioned TV lounge/ mezzanine library is the perfect spot to sit with a book or board game. Our piano (and staff) welcome the musically talented guest to play and set the mood for aperitif.
Four spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with super king beds and ensuite bathrooms. Cotton sheets and large towels add a luxurious touch. Blankets and ceiling fans allow each guest to rest at just the right temperature and encourage more environmentally friendly cooling.
Our kitchen produces family style meals served to the table. The chef requires an advance cash float to shop, prepare and serve lunch and dinner to your dietary requirements – he will advise local availability.
A light breakfast is provided free of charge. fruit eggs and toast with tea and coffee. Sri Lankan breakfast is charged at cost.
Guests may access all areas of the villa except the staff house, storage areas and laundry. Use of the kitchen is under the guidance of chef.
Children should be supervised at all times.
The pool is not gated or alarmed.

The villa sleeps 8 people max and we reserve the right to only accept that number of guests. We will consider extra (child) guest requests made in writing ahead of your booking.
